Founded in 1994 by Paul Frost, a TV presenter and former ITN reporter, Frost Films has built a strong reputation for high-quality film production, rooted in a lifetime of journalism. As the company continued to evolve, they approached me to create a new logo that would better reflect their modern, dynamic approach while maintaining a sense of professionalism and trust.
The goal was to design a logo that was simple, modern, and vibrant. The final design features a custom icon and typography that work seamlessly together as a unified brand mark. The icon incorporates a snowflake, a subtle nod to ‘Frost,’ while also integrating a triangle-shaped play button, symbolising film and media production. This creates a distinctive visual identity that directly ties to the brand’s name and industry.
By combining clean, contemporary design with bold, energetic elements, the new identity captures the essence of Frost Films—storytelling with depth, creativity, and a modern edge. This refreshed look helps the brand stand out in the competitive world of film production, reinforcing its reputation for excellence while embracing a more current and engaging visual presence.
